Eight hundred applications for twenty management-trainee places, and every CV says the same three things: proactive, adaptable, fast learner. You've read enough of them to know those words cost nothing. The candidates you actually want — the ones who built something nobody asked them to build — are somewhere in that pile, and the CV format is the exact thing hiding them.
A final-year student applies to your programme and puts a link in their application. You open it without signing in to anything: three months of posts about a product they built with two friends, the challenges the platform verified they completed, where they sit on the leaderboard, and the week their team's launch was voted top of the board. You learned more in two minutes than a first-round call would have told you in thirty.
A public profile you can just open
Every builder here has a public profile page, and every project has a public project page. No account, no login, no access request — you open the link and read it. What's on it is what they did: the posts they wrote while building, the projects they're part of, and the work behind both. It's the same page their peers see, and that's exactly why it's worth reading — it was written to be read by other builders, not staged for a hiring panel. When a candidate sends you that link with their application, most of the screening you'd normally do on a first call has already happened.
Evidence on the page, not a score we invented
That same profile shows the challenges the platform verified they completed — checked against real posts and real launches, never self-reported — and where their builder score puts them on the leaderboard. We don't grade candidates and we don't produce a rating for you: you're reading the record of what they did and drawing your own conclusion.
A dated record, not a claim
The Launch League runs weekly and keeps a permanent Hall of Champions, so a candidate who won a week in March still has that week in March. Consistency across months shows up in a way a CV bullet can't fake.

Can I search or filter candidates?
No. There's no candidate search, no filtering and no export — profiles are pages you open one at a time, from a link. In practice that link comes from the candidate's own application, from a project page, or from the public Launch League board. If you need to reach a lot of early-career builders at once, that's a conversation with us, not a feature you'll find in the product.
Is this Vietnam-only?
No — the community is Southeast Asia-wide. Most of the examples on this page are Vietnamese because that's where the largest chapters and the most active graduate-programme conversations are right now, but builders and programmes across the region are welcome.
